Attack

  • Train in combo with slayer
  • Train on shadow warriors in legends guild basement
  • Use Whip or Dagger
  • Fight highest level monster you can that won't hit you hard (Aberrant Spectre for me)
  • Always pot attack and strength for quicker leveling

Strength

  • Train in combo with slayer
  • Train on shadow warriors in legends guild basement
  • Use Whip or Dagger
  • Fight highest level monster you can that won't hit you hard (Aberrant Spectre for me)
  • Always pot attack and strength for quicker leveling

Defence

  • Train in combo with slayer
  • Train on shadow warriors in legends guild basement
  • Use Whip or Dagger
  • Fight highest level monster you can that won't hit you hard. (Aberrant Spectre for me)
  • Always pot attack and strength for quicker leveling

Ranged

  • Train in combo with slayer
  • Train on hellhounds or Black Demons or anything where you are protected from attack
  • Rapid with knives or darts can be quick and effective
  • Fight highest level monster you can that won't hit you hard (Aberrant Spectre for me)
  • Always pot range for quicker leveling
  • Add focus sight and hexcrest to slayer helm (focus sight adds 3 to range and 15% range bonus to slayer assignment)

Prayer

  • Offer dragon bones at alter in high level character's house.
  • Ectofungus will always work if you can't access a high level house.
  • Other training methods include mor'ton shade burning and kings ransom mini-quest.

Magic

  • High alchemy is useful when training fletching, crafting, or smithing in conjunction with magic.
  • Teleporting to Camelot was fastest way for me to train. Shorter delay than high alchemy between casts.
  • Add focus sight and hexcrest to slayer helm (hexcrest adds 3 to range and 15% magic bonus to slayer assignment)

RuneCraft

  • Tedious to level, just remember not to use pure essense on the basic runes (air, water, earth, and fire)
  • If money is in abundance in your players bank, you can go to a nature or law runners world with noted pure essense (lots to stay a while) and 27 law or nat runes. Runners will trade you and you will put up 27 noted pure essense and the 27 runes, they will trade you 27 un-noted pure essence. You convert them and repeat the process.

Construction

  • get level up to armour stands or wall mounted legends cape, and build and tear them down. You get slightly more experience per plank. Butlers can definitely make this process quicker if you have the funding to pay them.

HitPoints

  • Train in conjunction with slayer.
  • Kill, kill, kkkiiiillll =-P
  • Going to Oo'glog and using the thermal bath can boost you HP a good bit before battle. (takes me from 86 to 103 I believe)
  • Train on shadow warriors in legends guild basement
  • Use Whip or Dagger
  • Fight highest level monster you can that won't hit you hard. (Aberrant Spectre for me)
  • Always pot attack and strength for quicker leveling

Agility

  • Fastest leveling for me is in brimhaven agility arena.
  • Wildy agility course is a lot safer now without pking, but don't take expensive items, because the 'revenant' ghosts in the wildy can kill you twice as fast as any pker ever would have. Only take items you can lose, and once you get to the agility course, you should be safe (I believe, but haven't not check to make certain yet).
  • Dip in salt bath in Oo'glog before training. It will keep your run energy at 100% for quite a while.

Herblore

  • Just make the highest potion that your level allows.
  • Prayer pots and Super restore pots will provide good training xp and you should get most of your gp back if you sell.
  • Plant herb seeds if your farming allows. A few days of planting herb seeds at each allotment should give you plenty of herbs for leveling, and some seeds are pretty cheap.

Thieving

  • I hate thieving...
  • Steal cakes, then furs (sell in varrock with ring of charos), then guards and knights.

Crafting

  • Coifs have been my training item of choice.
  • Coifs can then be made into headdresses for 50xp each.
  • Making dragon leather items is quick xp if you have cash.
  • Battlestaves are great xp if you can make them.

Fletching

  • Just fletch, fletch, and fletch some more.
  • Big money can come from yew and magic longbows if you cut your own logs.

Slayer

  • If you are killing monster just to train (and not for drops), you should always be on a slayer assignment.
  • Some slayer assignments can take several trips to restock food, so if you are killing something that drops bones, you may want to take resourses to cast bones to peaches. If you can't cast it yet, you can always buy 'bones to peaches' tablets in the Grand Exchange.
  • In 'Chaos Tunnels: Hunt for Surok', kill borg (the boss at the end) for around 3k exp. if I remember correctly.
  • Complete 'Back to my Roots' quest, and kill the jade vine daily for around 2.5k xp per kill (rune or dragon axe, prayer pot, and antipoison pot recommended).
  • Use slayer helm, if aquired.
  • Do slayer for rewards (such as slayer helm). Find a good guide online on how this works.

Hunter

  • My favorite way to level is catching kebbits (falconry).
  • Mud bath in Oo'glog helps with hunting a good bit.

Mining

  • Mining iron and granite are quickest way to level.
  • Get varrock armour from varrock achievement diary, and you will occassionally get double ores and xp.
  • If you are going for 85 mining, take a break at 84, grab some d stout and go mine a few rune to reward yourself early. Things to keep in mind: may have lots of world hopping before finding a mineable rock and if you are using dwarven stout the stat effect restarts if you log out before it goes away. I have mined 20 runite ores on one d stout before.
  • Get dungeoneering level up to use 2 hidden mines in Mining guild (by ladder) and just outside the door exiting main mining guild area.

Smithing

  • mithril and up bolts are fairly hot right now, so you can make and sell them (unf) on grand exchange to recoup some cash.
  • Goldsmithing gauntlets give good xp for smelting gold ores into bars. Port Phasym has a furnace that is really close to the bank.
  • Quickest xp that I have found is making steel platebodies and mithril pl8bodies.

Fishing

  • Fishing lobsters and monkfish are both fairly quick.
  • Barb-tailed kebbits drop a barb-tail harpoon that can be wielded to save inventory when harpooning tuna, swordfish, shark, etc.

Cooking

  • Use Cooking guantlets (from family crest) when cooking to minimize your burnt meals.
  • Lobster and monkfish are good for training.
  • Range in Catherby is close to the bank.

FireMaking

  • Get lots of willow logs and burn away.
  • The best straight away that I could find was the road in front of the bank in port-phasym.

WoodCutting

  • Cutting willows is quickest for me.
  • Rune and Dragon axe are best for quickest xp.
  • Wear rabbit foot to increase chance of bird's nest.

Farming

  • Trees and fruit trees are quickest xp that I have found.
  • Pruning Jade vine (from back to my roots) can be quick xp.

Summoning

  • Kill Jellies, Dust Devils, Abberant Spectres, Jogres, etc. for good xp and charms.
  • Get ring of dueling and use to transport to Castle Wars, stock up on items for pouches, go east and up the path to the ogre city. Infuse your pouches, teleport with ring back to Castle Wars, and repeat.

Dungeoneering

  • Setup your own party using the ring if you solo. Don't let room automatically create party.
  • For full tokens and bonus, reset after you have played the levels you want to play. Don't play a level twice (much less bonus).
